Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space that honors culture, language, and lived experience, while making mental healthcare accessible and personalized from the comfort of your home, through telehealth with in-person sessions available by appointment in East Lansing, MI.

At Haven of Resilience Psychotherapy, we believe therapy should be personalized and flexible. We draw from a variety of approaches to best support your goals, strengths, and overall well-being:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Helps you recognize and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. CBT provides practical tools to improve mood, manage stress, and build lasting resilience.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy used to help individuals process and heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR supports the brain’s natural healing process by reducing the emotional intensity of painful memories, helping clients gain new insight, relief, and adaptive coping. It is effective for trauma, anxiety, depression, and other stress-related concerns.
Mindfulness
