Seeking therapy can be the first step in a journey from surviving toward healing and living. I am a bilingual (Spanish and English) and bicultural clinical therapist born and raised in Puerto Rico. I am here to help create a space where you can set in motion changes in your life that are are transformative and fulfilling.

Whether you are an older adult, adult caregiver, or adult seeking therapy, I will partner with you to listen, support, and help you grow. We all have difficult times throughout life managing situations or trauma for ourselves or regarding those around us. We all need a non-judgemental space to identify strengths and resources to overcome them.
