Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! I’m an elementary school social worker and therapist who loves supporting children, women, and families through the ups, downs, and in-between moments of life. Much of my work has been with children in foster care and adoptive homes, helping them feel safe, connected, and grounded as they navigate big transitions and emotions. I also support kids and teens managing ADHD, anxiety, and school stress—helping them build confidence, skills, and self-understanding. Because of my experience with children in schools, I can also offer after school sessions and weekend availability!

My approach is gentle, collaborative, and rooted in mindfulness, CBT, and person-centered therapy. I believe that you know yourself (and your child) best, and my role is to walk alongside you—offering tools, insight, and a space where you can truly let go of that breath you didn’t even realize you’ve been holding in.

I believe that making therapy flexible and accessible for busy families and anyone who feels more comfortable connecting from home is the start of a great personal journey. Whether you're seeking support for your child or looking for a safe, encouraging space for your own growth, I’m here to help you feel supported every step of the way.
